Creative Flow (aka Level 1
or Level 2)
An imaginative class in which your instructor creates the content of the class as the class develops. Each class will reflect the energy brought to it by the students, the weather, the time of day, etc. There are two levels of this class, both suitable for all but level 1 is more accessible for beginners. No two classes will be the same although some components will always remain.
Early Hour Yoga
Wake up and stretch! Before the busy day starts spend some precious time on your mat. This class is sure to set you up for a great day. Suitable for all. Room is warm, not HOT!
Sunday Stretch and Flow
Oh the joy in a Sunday stretch and flow! A focused class with mindful, strength building flows that lead to postures, which are held a little longer to get the best alignment for your body. Using Mudras and strong breath work to experience the practice in all its glory!
This is a strong and active class, accessible to all levels with thoughtful modifications when needed.
What better way to end the week and start the weekend? Upbeat music and a fun, inventive practice to shake off the stress of the week. The focus of this class is fun, fun and fun. We'll work through a flow practice then maybe spend time on one or two poses you'd like to explore more deeply or spend a few minutes asking/answering questions. Then of course a delicious savasana followed by a glass of something cold and some light snacks.
Yoga Strong For Life.
Yoga Strong For Life focuses on how to reduce stress and promote contentment while building strong functional strength and balance, agility, mental sharpness and psychological well-being. It is both gentle.and strong.

Ahhh, exhale deeply into the delicious practice of Yoga Nidra. A deep and blissful led meditation which will leave you feeling restored like never before. It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to 7 hours of good sleep!!! Who doesn't need that? Open to all, even if you have struggled with meditation before, try this, its a practice you could easily get used to.
Back to Basics
This is the perfect class for anyone! The complete beginner will learn the building blocks from which to grow their practice, the seasoned yogi will always benefit from revisiting the roots of their practice, spending time to explore each posture and how it feels in the body.
This deeply nourishing practice increases range of motion and flexibility while releasing energy blockages to promote a balanced state of mental clarity and physical health.
